It Came From the Ceiling!

Leaks can be frustrating for any home owner or business owner. That frustration is likely to increase when the leak takes place higher than the 1st floor. The reason being is that gravity forces water down. So not only will water effect the given floor but also penetrate down to other floors.

This creates a problem... your loss increases. Here in the photo a sewage backup started on the 3rd floor. This affected that floor and proceed down to floors 2 and 1. It damaged ceiling tiles as well as dry wall. Not a mess you'd want to encounter.
