Out with the Old

Knowing the IICRC drying standards is a must for companies like us. Too many mitigation companies are taking advantage of their customers. In a way, they are ripping materials out when they're not even wet. Charging an enormous fee for their "work". However, when those IICRC standards are followed, jobs can be dried in place, meaning limited removal and cuts have to be made. It's a science really, the science of drying.

Here we were able to salvage most of the cabinets. A couple of them though still needed to be removed and replaced, which saved the customer money.
