Textbook Case

This what we call a textbook case. Homeowner comes home and finds water in their bedroom/hallway. The source of this leak was from a leaking air conditioner. The water collected in their bedroom and made its way out into the hallway area. The carpet had to be pulled out along with the padding underneath, we wouldn't want any possible mold growth. Air movers were brought in to dry out the rest of the area. Once of the dry out was completed new padding and carpet was brought in to cover the area that was torn out.
