One Messy Situation

This commercial building suffered quite the leak. This parking structure damage was at the forefront of the loss. However, there was another aspect to it. A few stories up a bathrooms drain began to overflow. How the 2 losses were connected the building managers didn't know. Once we identified the source of the damage we began clean up of the parking structure. Once the contaminates were mopped up the area was sanitized and left to dry.

On a positive note, no cars were parked underneath were the leak took place. That would have been one messy situation to clean up.
