Mold and Lead were discovered in various areas of this school. Once an abatement team arrived to confirm the areas, SERVPRO® of Downey was called out for remediation and removal. 

The areas needed to be available for use within one week. Safety was a priority, and the teachers and students were not allowed to reoccupy until the areas were cleared. We began work immediately so the classrooms could reopen on time. The job was complete and there was minimal disturbance to the school workings.

Here is a quote from the Sr. Director of Risk Management, "I went by there this morning and the Team did a fabulous job last week, this weekend and earlier this week in getting this Classroom ready for Instruction today.  The Teacher was very pleased with her classroom this morning... A Special thanks goes out to the teams at both SERVPRO and Executive Environmental Services for the hard work that your staff did last week, this weekend and earlier this week on Monday on getting this abatement project completed and passing clearances for our Teachers and Students to be able to reoccupy this classroom safely, we do appreciate your hard work to make this all happen in a short period of time within a week or so."
